Pricing
Hourly pricing uses the same $60 labor-hour rate with a two-person crew. Time depends on size and soil level.

- Clean vacant home about 8-10 labor hours
- Heavy soil about 12-16 labor hours
A two-person crew bills two labor hours for each clock hour on site. Rush availability is offered when scheduling allows. Confirm scope on intake.
